No Thai Food Today! My Kitchen DIY Projects
I’m a huge fan of Thai food and I always try it when going to different cities; I have always gone to the north side I heard of some place have very authentic Thai dishes that taste good. But the question I always ask myself is why do out for Thai food when you can make it at home? I guess I just got bored of my old kitchen design. HAHA. Therefore, today, we are not going to talk about any Thai food recipes, I decide to simply add a fresh touch of color and liveliness to my kitchen that make the kitchen better.
I have collected a list of the best DIY projects that will help you de-clutter your kitchen in a fancy, efficient and eco-friendly way!
Making your own kitchen cabinets can be a money-saving enterprise. Keep the design as simple as possible so completing the project can be done in a breeze. You can make a 4, 6 or 8 drawer flat file cabinet or whatever you want. Another options is painting kitchen cabinets, which can take the better part of a weekend. When it comes to color, you have plenty of options. It’s not easy, but your kitchen will look new completely when it’s done right.
In some homes, the kitchen is like the hub of activity. You can help you little ones make a great gift for the holiday just painting wooden spoon handles in different shades. This charming idea will add a little extra personality for not a lot of cash.
You should add lots of natural light just like other houses. The lights from your cabinet and kitchen’s general lighting make the food colors become more vibrant. Shadows created by the cabinets can enhance the appearance of your kitchen as well. If you want to feel soulful, then you should try the Bolton lanterns.
I love coffee! I love how it tastes. I love how it feels going down. I love the whole ritual around drinking coffee. Coffee and tea are a part of my life. I want to make them look special in my kitchen, which is the reason I build a DIY rustic wood tray to keep them on the counter. It’s not hard as you might think. I used the old pallet wood from the deck project to create my boards. Thanks for DEWALT DW715(best miter saw for woodworking) from my neighbor, I know he bought it last week. I used 1 1/4 inch screws and screwed on the all boards then gave it a few coats of white paint.
PS: Woodworking is a skill that you can take as far as you want, master the miter saw is not easy. It spent me 4 hours to learn how to use it. There are a few popular forums and blogs where people share thoughts on tools.
